How can I get support?

Click on the Service Request Tab and fill in the information and issues you are having and a support specialist will review your request and contact you with options available to resolve your issues.

How much for services?

Rates may variy, depending on your issues. Some services require flat rate charge, such as Online Computer Support, which range from $45.00 to $125.00 depending on the issue. Onsite service rates range from $70.00 to $215.00.

How do I apply for sales of a Desktop, Laptop, or Custom Built PC?

Click on the Quote Form and fill in the information and request a quote on sales of a desktop, laptop, flat Screen, or custom built computer,etc. A sales associate will review your request and contact you with pricing.

If my computer is shipped to your office for a repair, how long will does it usually take?

After receiving your computer or hardware, you will receive it back within 3 to 5 business days. If a part is special ordered, you will receive it within 4 to 8 business days.

Is there a guarantee for our services?

Yes. All services have a 7 day return from the date of original service. If you are unhappy with services that CJC Technology, Inc has provided, we will either try to resolve the issue or issue a full refund. A written request or a call to our Customer Services Department must be completed within 7 days for a full refund or valid complaint. Once a complaint has been receive, a support ticket will be issued. Within 3 to 5 days you will receive a call with our decision.

What is Online Remote Support?

Online remote support is known as remote access. This technology allows our technicians to view or fix issues via online without a technician being onsite in person. This connection uses firewall and 256 bit SSL-encryption sessions, which makes it safe to view, and fix your issues.
